Beautiful Maine cottage on Great Pond. 2 - first floor bedrooms, each with queen beds, loft ~ accessible by ladder with 1 double bed. Open floor plan with plenty of comfortable seating. 1 bathroom. Property includes a gas grill, 2 kayaks and 1 canoe. West facing; wonderful sunsets. Short staircase to the water. Weekly $1,800. Off season rates start the second week of September $1,500 per week. Owner restrictions: Maximum 6 people, please monitor loft use for safety. No Smoking inside the property. One dog allowed, MUST be on leash outside.
