Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage offering a master bedroom with private bath facing the lake with a sliding door to access the deck. New kitchen is fully equipped while a small secondary mini kitchen with wet bar is just off the screened porch in the great room with sleeping loft. Two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each which can be pushed together to make a king. The sun will leave the dock around 11:30 but will drench the south facing deck for most of the day. Only 1 neighbor and an extensive lawn to the north will provide adequate privacy.
