With some of the original 1920’s furniture including a pool table, the main house features an upgraded kitchen with dishwasher and induction stove, an open beamed dining area and living area with large picture windows, a morning sun porch and a large screened porch with picnic table. The separate guesthouse has a king size bed, and a full bath and kitchen. With a large flagstone terrace and waterside deck leading to the dock, Great Pond eagerly awaits you!
Owner Restrictions: Maximum of ten (10) guests. NO smoking on the property. The boathouse is not included with this rental- please do not use. Pets are strictly prohibited from this property. The Old Town canoe and Kayak and the double Poke boat are included for your enjoyment. Please do not use or move any of the other boats. Always look out for quick changes in the weather and don’t forget your life jackets!
