Wifi in place and DVD for movies. Master bedroom with private 1/2 bath. Ceiling fans throughout. Swim float, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards with large dock. Located just North Belgrade Lakes Village, making it convenient for shopping, golfing, dining and more. A/C's in place for your comfort, 2 zone controlled, 1 wall unit.
Owner Restrictions: Maximum 6-8 people. No smoking please. Please leave camps as found. Use of boat lift not permitted. Previously (2020) Owners rented 2 cottages North and South. This year they will be renting only one (North cottage only) Owners will be occupying the south cottage. They welcome you to come and enjoy the North cottage! Linens not included.
