Cozy Maine cottage at the waters edge. Two 1st floor bedrooms 1 king bed and 2 twin beds (fans included). Also sofa is a pull out for your extra guest. Large porch perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. Full equipment kitchen. Water is pumped from the lake so please bring your own drinking water. There is a filter system for the shower and bathroom sink and a reverse osmosis system connected to the faucet in the kitchen. Living room has a TV and DVD player including over 100 DVD selections to choose from. Large dock system, outside furniture and picnic table. No washer & dryer. Waterfront is deep with sandy and small rocks on the lake bottom. For your use is 1 canoe, inner tubes and styrofoam noodles. Included is an outdoor shower for rinsing purposes. Sorry no internet at this time.
No pets allowed. No Smoking. No linens but can be ordered per Deb on Belgraderental.com website. If property is not left in the same condition as when you arrived you will be charged $100. for additional cleaning fee.
